personally has deployed the M26 in 26 actual field uses. OCSD has a near full deployment. Extremely
knowledgeable regarding the “Murphy” of problems regarding TASER issues and how problems have
been handled by TASER Int’l. OCSD experienced an 88% drop in officer injuries with M26 use.
