I would like to encourage the FCC to grant the Wright petition and adopt final rules so that people
who are incarcerated do not face unregulated phone charges. It benefits all of us and public safety in
general when people who are in prison are easily able to maintain close contact with family and
community members, so that when they return home they can land safely and with sufficient family
and community supports.
