I am urging the FCC to stop phone companies from charging extraordinarily high phone rates for
those who are incarcerated. It is costing me pennies it would be cheaper to call Singapore on a cell
phone than for someone incarcerated to call their family members. I urge the FCC to grant the Wright
petition and adopt final rules by Thanksgiving so everyone can communicate with the ones they love.
