This letter is in response to the above-referenced FOIAIPA request for a copy ofthe list of
Quality Assurance Review reports conducted during the last several years.
We have located two documents that are responsive to your request. Both documents, totaling
five pages, are appropriate for release without excisions. The documents are provided to you free
of charge. Your request with this office has been closed.
Pursuant to 28 C.F.R.§ 16.9, if you are dissatisfied with this response, you may appeal to the
Attorney General by filing a written appeal within sixty (60) days ofthe date of this letter. The
appeal should be addressed to the Office of Information and Privacy, United States Department
of Justice, Flag Building, Suite 570, Washington, D.C. 20530. Both the envelope and appeal
