On Wednesday, September 23, 2009 the autopsy report was received and the final diagnosis was a
hanging onto raised shower entrance, striking the neck, It was the coroner's opinion that based on the
known circumstances surrounding this death, the available history, and the examination of the remains,
the cause of death was ascribed to hanging. This case would be difficult to prosecute based the fact that
the death was considered a suicide by the medical corners office and that there is no physical evidence
linking any on the inmates mentioned In this report, Therefore, and per Regional supervisor Gus Luna this
, case will be closed and will not be presented to the Pima County Attorneys Office for review,
