[PROPOSED] ORDER RE SETTTLEMENT AGREEMENT AND PETITIONER'S ENTITLEMENT TO REASONABLE
ATTORNEY'S FEES AND COSTS - 34-2007-00883573-CU-PT-GDS

The Court finds, pursuant to the agreement and stipulation of the parties, that Petitioner
2 Prison Legal News is entitled to recovery of$155,000 in fees and costs under the California
3 Public Records Act, Cal. Government Code § 6259, subsection (d), for its work in litigating this
4 matter.

The Court orders, pursuant to the stipulation of the parties, that the amount of One

6 Hundred Fifty-Five Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($155,000.00) shall be due and payable by
7 check to Petitioner's counsel, Rosen, Bien & Galvan, LLP, no later than 60 calendar days from

8 the date of this Order. Amounts unpaid after that date shall accrue interest at the rate of seven
9 percent, as provided in Article 15, Section 1 of the California Constitution.
